Get moving in Term 3 with our Kids Gymnastics Program. Our classes cater for children aged 18-months to 10-years and focus on both fun and skill development. Held in our state-of-the-art gymnastics training centre it's a perfect program to keep the kids both active and engaged in movement. Le Ray Gymnastics, Australia’s most awarded Rhythmic Gymnastics Centre, is running School holiday gymnastics camps at their Croydon location. Camps include gymnastics, dance, games, fun activities and ZERO SCREEN TIME! Camps are open to the general public for kids ages 4.5+. All camps are professionally run by our accredited coaching team including Olympians and Commonwealth Champions.

Join us for 8 weeks of Tai Chi at the YWCA Hunter. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise form where participants move in an upright posture, in a slow and controlled manner. It can be practised standing or sitting. It exercises the entire body, all the joints, muscles and internal organs. It enhances the Qi (氣) or life energy. Practising tai chi enhances our health and wellbeing and is particularly effective in improving arthritic stiffness and developing better balance. Tai chi calms the mind, helps to relieve stress and promotes a sense of harmony and wellness. We run our school Holiday Programs on 2 or 3 dates over the holidays 9AM till 4PM with a morning full of gymnastics activities and games, roller skating after lunch then back to the gym for free play.
