Suitable for beginners right through to more experienced players and all ages from 5-16. Our experienced coaches will guide your child through essential basketball techniques, including areas such as shooting, dribbling, defense, teamwork, plus more. Our school holiday programs are approved by department of education, designed to help kids stay active, include sports options of soccer, cricket, AFL, netball, ultimate frisbee, tennis, dodgeball and more. Space jump inflatables are also open to school holiday kids, laser tag and bumper cars... When kids get tired, they can take a break with some creative art & craft and board games. St Monica's Netball Club offers a Woolworths NetSetGO program in Term 3 each year which is facilitated by the club. Woolworths NetSetGO is netballs official starter program for kids aged five to 10. It's a chance to learn the netball basics while having fun. Kids gain confidence, get active and make friends in a safe and inclusive environment. How it works: The program is divided up into three tiers. Net, Set and GO. Where you begin depends on your age and netball experience, but there's no skill level required to get started. WHEN: Throughout Term 3 for 10 weeks TIME: Saturdays, 9 - 10am WHERE: St Monica's Primary School, Moonee Ponds, Senior Yard Registration fee is $92 and includes 9 weeks of NetSetGO fun, a certificate, a medal and a Woolworths NetSetGO t-shirt and netball. If you child loves NetSetGO, they might consider joining one of the St Monica's Netball Club Under 9's teams. The Under 9's division is a really great starting point and age for any kids wanting to have a go at Netball. The Under 9 teams play with relaxed rules, lower rings and the kids have the opportunity to learn as they play.
