The Suns Academy is a next level skills training program for players and coaches alike. It is an opportunity for players to learn new skills, and develop and fine tune their core skills, in a different setting to the usual club team training, that is different players and coaches with new and exciting training plans. The program's underlying focus is ball handling, footwork, finishing, shooting, strength and fitness; and team play and sportsmanship.

A development program designed specifically for girls. The program involves weekly training and competition games. Term 4 registrations now open

Ford Aussie Hoops is a basketball development program for young people. An opportunity to acquire and develop new skills, build social development and inclusion, and a lifelong love for the game of basketball and sport. It prepares students with skills and confidence to join a team and play in a local team, progress to representative teams or move into roles such as refereeing or coaching. Most of all Aussie Hoops is about having FUN. Join us to learn about ** Basketball basics * Motor skills * Fitness * Wellbeing * Teamwork ** Programs are run during each school term.

Suitable for beginners right through to more experienced players and all ages from 5-16. Our experienced coaches will guide your child through essential basketball techniques, including areas such as shooting, dribbling, defense, teamwork, plus more. The aim of D-League is to train and develop players who want to elevate their Basketball skills. Our qualified coaches will train players in our intensive skills program and have them play against each other in a tournament-style environment. Mini Hoops is a FUN and non-competitive introduction to the great game of Basketball and players will develop fundamental skills such as passing, catching and shooting which will be critical elements of the game as they progress through the age groups. This program is suited for kids 5 to 9 years of age.

Basketball Development League is a development program for all young players who want to learn the fundamentals of basketball. It is designed as an effective pathway to develop individual skills and enhance teamwork in a fun and safe learning environment.
