Important Information Children attending our camp will need to be self-sufficient and be able to use the bathroom, organise their own lunch (if staying all day) and apply sunscreen themselves as and when reminded by our coaches. Each participant must bring their own labelled drink bottle, food/snacks, sunscreen and a sunhat. It might be warm out there, so we will require all participants to apply sunscreen before arriving at the camp. Our coaches will also remind everyone to reapply sunscreen and stay hydrated during the day. We would also like to highlight that we are a nuts free camp. Please arrive early to allow time to find a parking spot as these are limited. Example day Our development camps are a composition of technical skill building, match activities and quiz games that challenge the players physically and mentally throughout the day. Each day is comprised of different activities, within a base format so there is something new to learn every time you attend. The day is set up like a school day, with a mid-morning and mid-afternoon break and lunch. It includes an 8:30-9:00AM drop off with arrival game activities. Once everyone has arrived, the players will then be split into groups depending on their age and ability, and the sessions will be delivered in accordance to these groups. We then move into Skill Stations where there is a deep dive into individual skills based on each players ability. Small sided games with be used for players to put these individual learnings into action. There are also quiz games and other non-physical activities to recharge and break up the day. We finish off with small sided tournaments before the 3:00PM pick up. Cancellation and payment policies - A refund can be provided if notified over 1 week before the camp date. - A credit can be provided if notified over 24 hours before. - Active Kids and other vouchers are not accepted for camps.

Kids Up Front are experts in running Drama Classes and Performing Arts Holiday Camps having done so for over 20 years in Australia and New Zealand. We offer fun and dynamic drama programs for children to develop confidence, performance skills, communication and creativity as well as having a lot of fun! Register via our website for a Free Trial Drama Class, or add your child to the waiting list! Kids Up Front run after school drama classes for children throughout the North Shore, Ryde, Inner West and Hills District in Sydney. Our after school drama lessons for junior students (Kindy to Year 2) participate in a themed lesson performed for each other each week. Our senior students (Year 3 +) develop performance skills in the first half of the year through improvisation drama games and scene work. In the second half of the year they collaborate with their teacher on a group devised piece to be performed at a real theatre. For many of our students this is the highlight of their year as they shine on stage in front of a live audience. Working together in drama means listening to each other and accepting and extending each others ideas thus helping children develop good social skills and confidence in presenting their own ideas. Developing confidence, creativity and communication skills are very important life skills whatever path in life they choose to take. Help build your child's confidence through Drama with Kids Up Front!

This workshop has been developed to target our girls while they are forming views around their appearance and body. This workshop tackles many topics around body image but most importantly looks at the influence society and the media have on shaping our views around appearance. We will educate your daughter around this and break any myths that exist around the 'perfect' people we see in the media by looking at editing and airbrushing. We will normalise and celebrate diversity by looking at different appearance, body shapes and sizes. We will also help them to appreciate their bodies AND understand that their appearance is such a small part of who they are!!! Workshop Details: Saturday 17th May 1pm - 4pm Kawana Forest Meeting Place Register via the Website.
