We are an outdoor group training business and ready to help the people of Arana Hills through our group personal training programs which are conducted at James Drysdale Reserve off Jinker track, Arana Hills.
We have been conducting business for over 10 years.

We can help you feel stronger, healthier and with more energy.

The personal training services in the we offer include weight loss information and Outdoor Group Training, Strength and Conditioning sessions, Pilates in the Park, One on One at my residence in Eatons Hill.

" I have been training with Paul and his team since 2012 and have enjoyed all the variety of classes they have to offer. During this time Paul has helped me lose excess weight and keep it off; as well as improved my cardio fitness and strength. The recently introduced Pilates class is an excellent complement to the boxing, circuit and weight lifting sessions. This class helps you stretch your muscles as well as improve your core strength which in turn helped me with my lower back problems. I would highly recommend any of Paul’s classes to anyone who is looking for a challenging workout to help them lose weight or improve their fitness."
