Yoga Spirit Studios embodies a philosophy aimed to help people live more relaxed, joyful and fulfilling lives by providing authentic heart-felt yoga teaching for every "body". And that includes kids!
Yoga Spirit Studios is located in an elegant, spacious, heritage property situated close to the city centre. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable and peaceful.
Teachers at Yoga spirit Studios are all graduates of the Yoga Spirit Studios Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and many are also trained in Hanna Somatics. Our teachers are all members of Yoga Australia, the national professional body for yoga teachers and they have criminal history checks for working with children. We have Child Safe Environments Policy and Procedures in place.
Yoga Spirit Studios offers children's yoga each school term for 5 to 11 year olds. Payment is by term. Learn more at our website
For the parents we also have Introductory courses to get you started and ongoing classes. We teach meditation, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga and children's yoga and somatics for pain free movement. We also offer workshops, retreats and other special events.
