Since 2006 Yoga & Beyond specialises in yoga for kids , stress management and anxiety , yoga for back care and yoga for all levels including kids, beginners , experiences students and during pregnancy . We also support people in need of yoga therapy and conduct corporate sessions .
Proprietor Gigi Neophytot is also a qualified and experienced Counsellor, LifeSkills Coach and Nutritional Therapist and can be contacted for private sessions.
We also offer Health & Yoga retreats twice a year at Bowral and meditation courses , healthy cooking courses , detox workshops and stress & anxiety management workshops .
