Love It....then Dance It. Come join the fun with Wynnum Manly Physie.
Physical Culture or Physie (pronounced ‘fizzy’) is a dance sport for girls and women. Physie incorporates modern dance, exercises, simplified ballet and aerobic warm ups. All routines are performed to modern music. Physie is great for self esteem, core strength, fitness, flexibility, posture & coordination.
Physie is a much less expensive form of dance. Physie is done in bare feet, so there are no shoes to buy.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To encourage and support all our members to reach their Physie goals whilst providing a fun, friendly and healthy environment for everyone.
Classes are held at Wynnum, Manly Thorneside and Capalaba for girls from 3 years through to Ladies.
