Delivering workshops to pre-teen girls (8-12yrs) around a range of topics including self-esteem and body image.

'Beauty - The Real Picture' program is a fun, full day, feel good program, that empowers girls to identify and embrace their unique self! Suitable for girls in Year 5 and 6.

'Just Be YOU!' is a workshop for our younger Pre-teens (8-9yrs; must be in Year 3 to participate) to introduce the very important topic of self-esteem. The workshop offers simple and effective tools to help your daughter realise the importance of self-confidence, being herself and not comparing herself to others.

The Tween Talk Workshops are a series of workshops developed for girls aged 8-12 years. There are four unique topics, all chosen for there relevance to pre-teen girls. Topics below:

* Tween Talk: Navigating Friendships in a Girls' World
* Tween Talk: Problem Solving without the DRAMA!
* Tween Talk: EveryBODY is Beautiful!
* Tween Talk: Secret Girls' Business!

Head Start also offers a six week Term program called 'Everyday Emotions: How to manage BIG and Little Feelings'. This program will teach your Tween how to understand her feelings, stay calm and weather the emotional storms! The program runs over six afternoons after School. The next Program is being offered in Term 3 (2024) in Kawana. This program commences on Wednesday 24th July. Registrations close on 9th July.

Workshops are offered during School Terms and School Holidays.
