Whiplash Training Facility is a family and community based facility that has only been opened for the past 10 months. Originally opened up in Kensington but now recently moved to Botany. We specialise in martial arts and functional training. Our aim is to help you succeed in reaching your goals in life, through health and fitness.

Whiplash Training Facility offers Kids Kung Fu (Wing Chun) and kids kickboxing classes, adults kickboxing, boxing, Kung Fu (Wing Chun) and functional training classes. Gloves and wraps are required for boxing and kickboxing. A Gi is required for Kung Fu.

If classes aren't your thing, you can come and train using our weights area or matted areas and boxing/ kickboxing bags.

You do not need to be a fighter to be a member of our gym however, if you are interested in fighting we offer the opportunity for you to fight in both boxing or kickboxing. You will be trained by professional boxer and World Champion Kickboxer Nick "Whiplash" Ariel.

If you're looking to get back into fitness or improve your overall fitness, we offer personal training as well as group and sport training.

Whiplash Training Facility works in conjunction with Whiplash Indigenous Corporation, a non for profit corporation aimed at improving lives of the community through the "breaking the cycle with deadly skills" programs.

The programs will run from Whiplash Training Facility encouraging all members of the community to be healthy, fit and active, whilst improving self-esteem, community connection, discipline and respect for all.
