Yoga, mindfulness & eco living with Yoga Australia registered teacher Chika Yamawaki. Offering yoga for mums in a child-friendly environment (mums & bubs yoga, mums & toddlers yoga) on the Northern Beaches Sydney. Also specialising in kids yoga & family yoga. Currently offering child-friendly yoga classes for mums at Warriewood Surf Club on Fridays, 10-11am. (Class dates 17, 21 & 31 May and 7 June 2019)
