VTEAM Taekwondo established in 2014 with a mission to create a safe, welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere where all members of the local community could benefit physically and mentally from the Korean martial art of Taekwondo.

At VTEAM Taekwondo you will never be another student or a number, you are part of a family! You will be treated with the utmost respect as you begin your Taekwondo journey. Our Taekwondo training programs promote self-discipline, self-confidence, self-defence through a distinctive merge of traditional and modern training of the body, mind and spirit.

Our goal is to help students achieve positive self-improvement and personal development in order to be successful role models in life. Our classes are dynamic, exciting, educational and enjoyable.

MINI RANGERS (Ages 3 - 6)

Our Mini Rangers program enhances the development of basic good habits such as paying attention, following directions, cooperating with others, motor skills, awareness and self-discipline. Its a fun filled high energy class teaching traditional Taekwondo techniques and personal safety techniques.

JUNIORS (Ages 7 - 12)

The Juniors program teaches children a broad spectrum of basic and advanced Taekwondo and self-defence techniques.

Life skills such as self-confidence, goal setting, health, teamwork, self-discipline and concentration are also addressed throughout the syllabus empowering them with knowledge as they head towards their teenage years.

TEENS / ADULTS (Ages 13+)

Classes in mix technical work with plenty of strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance and conditioning work. Whether your goal is to earn your black belt or simply to get into shape, you will benefit in many ways including positive long term effects on your life and health, by feeling fitter, stronger and living a more active and fulfilling life.
