We offer a range of Martial Arts Classes for Men, Women, Kids & Teens
If you are after Martial Arts classes and training in the North Sydney, St Ives, Willoughby and Chatswood areas, our dedicated gym is a great choice!

Over 4 levels, each level is dedicated to a style of Martial Art.

We offer Martial Arts classes and training for
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ),
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA),
Muay Thai Kickboxing,
The Art of Boxing,
Krav Maga,
Boxing for Parkinson's,
Boot Camp & Stretch Flow.

World-class Martial Arts Coaches teach our MMA classes.

We have women-only classes in Boxing, Kickboxing & Jiu-Jitsu, weekly Boot Camp.

Kids classes for all ages, including Kids Holiday Camps.

  Amazing experience! Great community initiative

  My 6 year old daughter has trained under Professor Liam and his coaches for 9 months. They are extremely patient and cater the classes to Chloe's age group. It was great to see my daughter grow confident and at school more focused in class. This review is long overdue however was recently prompted by their initiative to run Women's Self Defence classes free to their local community, I brought my 62 year old mother found the techniques invaluable for day to day - they taught us how to protect ourselves if we were to slip and fall (invaluable) for elderly people. Thank you Vt1!

  The best Martial Arts School

  I bring my kids here and I train boxing as well. I love every minute of it. The instructors are amazing role models and the classes are always fun. The facility is clean and it's full-time, unlike many other academies. Highly recommend, was a good find!
