Our Fitness studio is Inclusive, catering for all ages. Aerial yoga, Silks, Circus, Restorative classes, and Bungee Fitness, Body Transformation, Body Postive Weight Loss is our signature group fitness and health offerings.   Kids circus classes - we had somuch fun at Vibes fitness

  Great fun lots of variety - birthday parties, trapeze, ropes, rings, aerial yoga, silks & Tissu yummy ice cream cake. We highly recommend to all :)
