Description
Up And Running is a junior running squad catering for runners between the ages of 8 and 16 years who take their running seriously and aim to compete in school or club Cross Country and Track Athletics.
Our coaches are accredited with Athletics Australia and are fully insured with current WWC checks.
Sessions take place in Centennial Park in Sydney on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 4pm meeting near the main Cafe on Grand Drive.
Runners are provided with a specialised monthly program that can be personalised for the individual athlete.
Cost is $15 per session or $80 per month. One on one personal sessions are also available.
We run all year round without a break, including School and Public Holidays. We also have holiday run camps throughout the year and enter teams in a number of fun runs and public events.
