UFA Martial Arts Academy have martial arts/self defence and fitness classes for everyone, adults & kids, male & female, young & old.
We have seperate kids and adults classes in HapKiDo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which cover almost any scenario you could imagine.

UFA also have their own group fitness classes, Combat Conditioning. Our Combat Conditioning classes are designed to help adults lose weight, get fitter and stronger all punching and kicking pads, bags and grappling dummies. Combat is a fun, energetic class where a person can work at their own pace depending on their fitness level.
