Empowering Girls and Ladies for Life

You can start physie at any age, from 4 to 74, and one of the best things is that mums and daughters can both take part and share the joy of physie!

Physie is where girls and ladies learn 5 kinds of dance and exercise in every class.

Girls will develop strength, grace, good posture, musical interpretation and confidence and above all friendship being apart of our Physie Family.

BJP Physie is a non-profit organisation with over 128 years of history and knowledge behind us, creating exciting and innovative dance and exercise routines for girls and ladies.
