We are a family friendly fitness centre with a fully equipped facility. We have a range of cardio, functional, free weights, cable weights and plated machines. With large openings to the open fresh air and relaxed atmosphere it is a great place to come down and workout with friends, solo or just to have a relaxed stretch or walk. We offer personal Training with any of our 4 amazing trainers with many years experienced all offering there own niches. We offer circuit classes and a variety of martial Arts classes that cater for kids 5+ and teens and Adults.
