Traditional Shotokan Karate promotes:

• Health & Fitness
• Self Esteem
• Character Building
• Confidence

Classes:
• Tuesdays – 6-00pm to 7-00pm - Male & Female - all age groups (4 yrs to 65 yrs old)

Karate training is suitable for all ages and is overseen by our Chief Instructor for Australia, Shihan (Master – 9th Dan) Shunsuke Takahashi (OAM).

Shihan visits Australia two times per year for 6 weeks per trip. He instructs at every TSKF dojo (training hall) in Australia / New Zealand.

Our local instructor is Sensei Jeff Young – 4th Dan who has over 40 years teaching experience
