All you need is some active wear and a smile and you're ready to go!

Dance classes have definitely become increasingly expensive! Physie offers you and your daughter the chance to build a healthy mind in a healthy body and at a much lower cost!

With classes at just $9 a lesson we cover a range of dance styles in one class and focus on skills such as correct body posture, flexibility, concentration, teamwork, strength and control. It's important for girls to have a good relationship with their body and that's something that physie aims to do!
We EMPOWER GIRLS FOR LIFE!

If you are 3 or 73 it's important to have these skills and come together in a fun, friendly, supportive, family environment!

Each year, new routines are choreographed specifically for different age ranges with developmentally appropriate dances to learn and enjoy, engaging both mind AND body!

Our Toongabbie Physie Family has been going strong for over 40 years and is still a place that many generations of women have called home.
