Noonan Sensei’s pedigree comes straight out of the annals of Martial Arts history. His teacher is the current Head of Style, who received the tradition from his father, renowned Okinawan and authentic Karate Master, Dr. Tsuyoshi Chitose.

Make sure you do your research before you chose. It has been my sad experience to see credentials faked and people duped. Students from these schools have told me they’ve wasted years of their lives training something fake.

    I've trained under Michael Noonan Sensei for the last 10 years at the Tasseikan Dojo and having the opportunity to visit and train various dojo's across in NSW, QLD and Japan, I can comfortably say that the facilities, experience and quality of coaching at this dojo is one of the best not only in the St.George region but across Australia. Noonan Sensei regularly invites other karate style leaders to visit and train at our dojo, always seeking to upskill and improve the overall professionalism of Karate in the community. With 38 years of experience, during that time travelling the worldwide to gain a deeper understanding of Karate, Noonan Sensei (7th Dan Renshi) is now in high demand to conduct seminars in Europe, United States and Australia in Chito Ryu. If you want the best for yourself or your child, make sure you go and check out the facilities and various training plans that suit your needs.
