The right exercise prescription can reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.

At The Exercise Therapist, we've taken the rich history of movement and the modern science of exercise and translated it into a clinically effective whole person health and wellness treatment protocol. We take your mental and physical blueprint, then prescribe the perfect dose of exercise and movement to set you on your pathway to wellness.

The Exercise Therapist's fundamental elements of therapy are strength, mindfulness, breath, mobility and cardiovascular exertion. They can be found in our curated offering of group movement and exercise sessions, virtual sessions and group and private programs.
For those who have a more complex blueprint we offer one-on-one consultations and ongoing private wellness case management.

The Exercise Therapist's athletic development programs are designed to engage aspiring athletes. Junior athletes will work with our Sports Scientists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists on the following:

+ Training Load Management
+ Recovery Techniques
+ Breathing Exercises
+ Goal Setting and Wellbeing
+ Team Play and Leadership Development
+ Posture and Alignment
+ Motivation, Visualisation and Athletic Mindfulness.
