Running BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) classes for Self Defense, Kids, Women only, GI, No Gi and MMA.
Located in Saxon Sports in Croydon classes running 6 days a week.
Under the leadership of Richard Norton with Clint Harris running sessions that will challenge and empower students to get to the next level.
With a focus on Family and Longevity in the martial arts we have no egos on our mats.
