Description
Surrey Park Swimming Club was established in 1904 and is one of the oldest swimming clubs in Australia.

Surrey Park Swimming offers a comprehensive and progressive learn to swim program. We pride ourselves on providing the opportunity for all swimmers to develop to their maximum potential. Our swim school caters to all ages and abilities from 6 months to adults and both competitive and recreational squads.

All swimming programs are designed to introduce the four competitive swimming strokes from the beginning, while also incorporating water safety and survival skills. Our learn to dive prepares beginner and intermediate divers for competitions and progression into diving clubs upon graduation.

All our instructors are Austswim/Swim Australia certified and have their CPR certificates. All staff members are required to have a current Working with Children Check card.

We operate from two locations; The City of Whitehorse Aqualink Aquatic Centre in Box Hill, and at our private boutique centre on Middleborough Road in Box Hill South (Spotlight/Anaconda centre) with a mineral based salt water pool.

Surrey Park Swimming is a not for profit organisation that has been a part of the Box Hill community for over 100 years, as a key part of our community programs Surrey Park have developed a program designed to help subsidise the cost of swimming lessons for disadvantaged individuals who are unable to fund their own lessons, the Community Access Program for Swimming (CAPS) program work with other specialist organisations to identify individuals in need of assistance.
