Running 'Family Friendly' Martial Arts classes in Sydney's St George area, 6 days per week at two convenient locations Kogarah and Kingsgrove.

SGMAA offers a timetable of over 70 classes per week for students of all ages (starting from 3+ years).

Our age specific programs are built on the respected tenets of Martial Arts courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.

We aim to teach every student the importance of self respect, focus, discipline, confidence and living your life to the full with a Black Belt mindset!

SAMURAIS
(3-4 YEARS)
Little ones start their Martial Arts journey by developing fine and gross motor skills, learning to explore themselves and the world around them. Our Samurais program is perfect for introducing 3 and 4 year olds to the wonderful world of Martial Arts.

NINJAS
(5-8 YEARS)
Your pre-schooler will benefit from St.George's favourite kids Martial Arts program! Our early learning Kids Martial Arts program is designed for those little Martial Artists still getting familiar with the world!

JUNIORS
(9-12 YEARS)
With primary schoolers distracted so easily these days with technology overload, we believe in bringing things back to basics with our 'old skool' approach to engaging the next generation with our fun, dynamic and life-saving Juniors Martial Arts program.

SENIORS
(13+ YEARS)
Teenagers and Adults train together in our Seniors (ages 13+ years) Martial Arts program drawing techniques from various fighting arts with an emphasis on our core (WT) Taekwondo.
