South Eastern Traditional Taekwondo believes that Martial Arts is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. I teach students skills that will develop strong mindsets along with strong bodies. I prepare them for all obstacles they will face in and out of the Dojang, Becoming a Black Belt is a journey which involves hard work and commitment and is unique to each student. Developing your inner strength, confidence, self esteem and understanding of Taekwondo is all about a life style change. Affordability is what South Eastern Traditional TKD prides it's self on. I teach because I am passionate about keeping this art alive

Tuesday & Thursday Nights 6.00-7.00 Kids classes from 5 years old up to 13 years
Tuesday & Thursday Nights 7.00-8.15 Adult classes from 13 years and up

Come and see me for two free lessons and experience something different and fun

Low Joining fee of $150 which includes uniform, student manual, registration and first month of training.

Monthly fee is $65 that's for 8-10 lessons during the month, which is less than $8.00 a lesson

    Southern cross tae kwon do
    I have been training for 4 years now under the watchful eye of head instructor Mr Avallone. I have managed to achieve a high rank blue belt red tip and have moved from junior class to senior class. These tae kwon do classes are great for improving physical fitness, muscle and core strength, and perseverance.

    Achieved 1st Dan under the instruction of head Instructor Mr Avallone
    I have been training under the instruction of Instructor Avallone for over 10 years now and with his help I was able to gain more self confidence. We learn various self defence techniques that can be applied to real life situations. Under the instruction of instructor Avallone I was able to successful receive my 1st Dan in Tae Kwon Do (Black belt). He provides great support to all his students and the necessary techniques we need to defend ourselves.
