SJJA is a world-class academy that teaches Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Jiu-jitsu is a non-striking form of martial art that uses levers, torsions, and pressure to take your opponent to the ground, control them when on the ground, and ultimately defeat them.

Modeled on the training and fitness regime of a professional BJJ athlete, SJJA fuses Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and self-defense with popular group functional fitness under the guidance of Brunos elite coaching methodology. With classes catering to all ages and fitness levels, SJJA students learn the worlds most effective martial art while enjoying a full-body workout in a supportive team environment.
