Dance classes for girls 2 and up. Adults dance and exercise classes. Each class includes stretch and strength exercises as well as instruction in a variety of styles, ballet, modern, jazz, lyrical.
Shellharbour City teaches the Australian Physie and Dance Association syllabus. Classes are available for all abilities, beginner to advanced. All students are included in all performances and there are opportunities to represent at state and national level. Fun, friendly, affordable classes with experienced enthusiastic instructors.SC Physie and Dance is an exciting, family friendly club, teaching the Australian Physie and Dance syllabus, in a safe, fun and motivating environment.

We challenge our students with new choreography each year, that helps to build self esteem, self confidence and sportsmanship.
In the ultimate combination of dance and sport, APDA provides the platform for students to be able to perform and compete individually and also as a part of a team.
The only place in the Illawarra teaching the APDA syllabus, SC Physie and Dance is the perfect place to make life long friendships and be part of an award winning club.
