Teaching Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu!
Classes are for kids and adults wanting to learn a safe and practical self defense system that also has a big emphasis on creating balance mentally, physically and spiritually.

Time Table:
Tuesdays & Thursdays Oran Park Library
Little Dragons
5:30pm - 6:00pm (30 mins)
Kids Kung Fu
6:00pm - 7:00pm (1 hour)
Adults Kung Fu
7:00pm - 8:30pm (1.5 hours)

Training in Shaolin Kung Fu will 'Transform - Mind - Body - Spirit'.
This authentic style of martial art is all about achieving balance!

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. The most important step is to just get started and stay focused with the black belt attitude...'Never Give Up!'

Sifu Kristy is a 2nd Dan black belt in Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu. She has been training under Sifu David Greenland at Emerald Dragon Penrith for 12 years and has branched out to further extend and share the great many benefits that can be achieved through practicing Shaolin Kung Fu. Sifu Kristy is a fully qualified national instructor under the AKWF.
She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science Complementary Medicine and a Diploma in Remedial/ Sports Massage, running a healing clinic in the Penrith area 'Nepean Natural Therapies' for the past 18 years.

There are three main aspects in Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu:
Chan (Mind/ Meditation)
Wu (Martial physical training)
Yi (Healing/ Medicine)
All three aspects are apart of the training program in order to maintain balance for the best outcomes.
The skills learnt, practiced and developed become a way of life. Creating a healthier more balanced way of living.
