Lena works from her private studio in Melbourne clients of all ages & abilities to enhance their ability to reconnect with their body, achieve higher results and overcome pain and discomfort.

In her wrok lena meets with babies & Children with developmental delays or other needs & with adults who wish to achieve more comfort and ability or to regain lost abilities post physical or neurological trauma.

Clients can book private hands-on lessons where Lena will guide them through gentle touch to find new ways to move- feel & think, with more ease, joy and freedom.
