All Sculpture Personal Training Clients gain improved health, including better management of chronic disease, weight loss, better concentration and mental alertness, make new friends through the many social events, and participate in life more with a new vitality and enthusiasm. We also specialise in rehabilitation, pre & post natal training, children's health, as well as injury management, sports specific training, and of course, excessive weight loss.

When participating with children - whether it be for their improved mental health, confidence or BMI, Sculpture PT utilises a unique approach specific to this demographic. Weight is not mentioned, (unless we are referring to gym equipment !), instead we focus specifically on gains of health, strength, and confidence. Sculpture can train your child one on one, or with a parent or caregiver and we have experience with children from 9 to 18, including those with autism or developmental delay.

All Sculpture Personal Training Staff are highly trained & have industry experience. Our trainers include an ex-professional sports person and two exercise physiologists. All our fitness staff registered with Fitness Australia, undergo regular training, are Police Cleared and possess current Working With Children Checks. We use only best-practice safe training techniques. We focus on healthy living.

  Into my 4th Year with AK @sculpturepersonaltrainingwa!! Words can't even express what these past 4 years has given me. AK has seen me transform, seen my life at lowest and my life at its highest over these 4 years and not only supported and kept me focused in the gym, mentally supported me through everything else. My training when I first walked in the door 4 years ago was ALOT DIFFERENT to what it is today. Bikini Model looking for a place to enjoy fitness when moving up to the big spoke now turned PRO BIKINI model in 2018 in the fitness industry !!! A lot of my dedication and strength is because of the mind set and support AK has given me and the community he provides to those who walk in the door. Greeted with a smile, a high five, a fist pump surrounding the gym with good tunes, positivity and laughs... And the odd cricket game ???? The new premises are wonderful and I'm super proud to have been a part of the transition and the community that surrounds @sculpturepersonaltrainingwa!!! Thanks for being the ROCK AK!

  Super Personal Training and Circuit Classes Gym

  Been with AK at Sculpture for over 10 years all up and done a variety of activities from the personal training to the group circuit and boxing classes. Besides been treated totally individually to meet your own training and fitness needs there is zero pressure in the gym other than to do what you want to do and can do. My Dad who is in his 80’d has had AK doing strength building for him and loved it. Life changing. The best thing about the gym is everyone is welcomed no matter your age or fitness level and all get on.
