What IS a yoga for kids class like? School Time Yoga classes are planned by qualified instructors and a registered primary school teacher, so they are just perfect for kids. This means they are not repetiitive and quiet classes with everyone moving together. Instead, our classes are lots of fun! They are often fairly loud but with plenty of opportunities for the kids to slow down and focus their breathing and attention.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS ARE OUR SPECIALTY!! Please visit our website to see the details of our upcoming school holiday class. There is a new theme each holidays!

Classes are made up of:
*Traditional and non traditional postures
*Breathing exercises
*Games to reinforce learnt and practised postures
*Partner poses and activities
*Basic acrobatics for older students
*Challenges
*Peer & Self massage
*Relaxtion guided imagery 

What classes do we offer?
*School Holiday Sessions
*Pyjama Yoga (Sessions to teach children how to calm down and settle for a good nights sleep)
*Incursions:

*Kinder / Pre Schools/Childcare

Themed sessions filled with games and fun action stories to get those kids moving and laughing! Themes include Pirates, The Fairy Garden, Under the Sea.

    Kids Yoga
    I would like kids yoga in all school it would be wonderful to calm kids mind get in touch with them inner self so much bad things going on this would be a wonderful happy place. With more kids putting on weight it be a great help to not to turn to food or drugs but work on them selfs .
