We hold weekly yoga classes for kids of all ages - tots to teens! We also hold classes for Adults, families, Pre-Natal, Mums and Bubs, Mums and Tots. Our focus is on building the mind body connection, strength, flexibility, balance, positive thinking. All working toward the ability to attain that perfect state of relaxation!

    Fantastic Classes
    I always look forward to my weekly yoga classes and feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after. My son enjoys the Teens class and my other children have a fantastic time in the Kids yoga classes too. Thanks Relax Yoga - there really is a class for everyone!
