Redlands Hockey Association Incorporated (RHA) is the newest hockey association in Queensland and the first in Redland City. RHA is affiliated with Hockey Queensland and Hockey Australia and calls Henry Ziegenfusz Park in Fitzroy St, Cleveland its home venue. RHA caters for all age groups wanting to play hockey including U7s, U10s, and introducing our new J's competition which allows RHA to grade the players on skills and ability (all mixed teams) as well as Senior Women’s and Senior Men’s. Participant numbers have reached record levels over the past 2 years and the RHA prides itself on its ability to recruit, train and manage a strong volunteer base which is vital in running any non-profit organisation.

RHA employs a part-time Regional Development Officer (RDO) – Taylah Freeman. The purpose of this position is to build the capacity and standard of all coaches and players through the development and delivery of a more structured and professional program of athlete and coach development.

RHA’s facility – Henry Ziegenfusz Park in Cleveland, consists of up to 6 marked hockey fields, a centrally located clubhouse facility with a canteen, amenities and meeting room and off street car parking.

The RHA is one of the fastest growing regional sporting associations within the Redlands and has developed a reputation as being one of the most welcoming, family friendly, innovative and professional organisations in the area. Over the past 6 years the RHA has developed strong alliances with key stakeholders including the Redland City Council, the Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club, local businesses and schools.
