Ready Steady Go Kids Northern Beaches - is an action-packed preschool sport and exercise program. Our Physio designed multi-sport activities teach toddlers and kids the fundamentals of 10 different sports: Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Football, Cricket, Athletics, Basketball, Hockey, Rugby and T-Ball, whilst enhancing gross and fine motor skills in a fun, social, non-competitive and supportive environment. We also offer childcare and kindergarten incursions and Birthday Parties!
Below are outlined a few of our Programs benefits:
1.Age-based classes
Designed by a pediatric physiotherapist and occupational therapist, our classes are structured to suit 4 different age groups, so that your child receives the best outcome for their developmental needs.
2.Multi-sports program
We teach 10 different sports over 2 terms, which helps children develop a broad range of skills and build a platform of sporting knowledge. This also ensures that children remain interested and engaged throughout the entire program.
3.Small class sizes
Classes contain no more than 12 children and have a 1:6 instructor to student ratio. Our Get Ready program for children aged 18 months to 2.5 years old has no more than 10 participants and 2 instructors.
4.Incorporating “soft-skills”
Our program teaches children a range of additional age-appropriate skills including exploration, basic counting and colour concepts. Plus it encourages teamwork and sportsmanship, and helps to build social skills, listening skills and concentration.
5.The “feel good factor”
From as young as 18 months, Ready Steady Go Kids participants start to develop greater self-confidence, enhanced self-esteem, and a real sense of achievement, all of which shape their physiological wellbeing.

    I just wanted to take the opportunity to share how impressed I am with Ready Steady Go Kids! My son, Oliver started last term and has looked so forward to "his sport" every single weekend! His skills, balance and coordination have improved greatly which was something we needed to work on. All of the staff are so lovely, knowledgeable, helpful and (importantly with kids) understanding. They really take the time to guide and tailor what they are teaching to each child in the class, which is no easy feat! Not only does Oli look forward to it but, so do my partner and I. We love starting our weekend off with Ready Steady Go Kids, watching Oli learn, play and socialise and, the fact that we get to be involved and help him learn with the guidance of the awesome staff is something we're very grateful for! So thank you very much to the entire Ready Steady Go Kids team! And keep up the fantastic work :)

    Why I love Ready Steady Go Kids Northern Beaches
    My son loves Ready Steady Go Kids and he absolutely adores Claudia. The fact that my son still looks forward to RSGK every week after being part of the program for two years really is a testament to Claudia and her passion for what she does. My son loves that the sports change every two weeks. He is exposed to a range of sports that are both individual and team based, and the activities are varied so he doesn't get bored. RSGK is great for the development of his gross motor skills, coordination and self confidence. I wish I had known about RSGK when my 8 year old was younger; She really would have benefited from the program. The kids are engaged and really do have fun. I can't recommend RSGK enough!
