RAW Art is a creative art program for kids that has now been in operation since 1994. We offer an exciting mobile Visual Art Program in primary schools and Kindergartens throughought South East Qld, and also Sydney.

We also run workshops in Vacation Care centres over the school holidays, and have been involved in many festivals and community events over the years.

Our art program is hands-on, educational and fun! Our workshops range from drawing, painting and printmaking through to clay sculpture and weaving.

We also have our in-house creative workshop studio space in West End - The RAW Art Workshop - where we run our popular Toddler Art, Kids After SChool Art CLubs and an extensive ever-changing school holiday art program. We run many fun Art PArties for kids too!

We have a qualified team of Art Specialists, all with current Blue Cards and Working with CHildren checks - a passionate team who believe art to be fundamental to a balanced education.

Creativity is important in kids lives - especially in this busy technology focussed world - getting back in touch with fundamental fine motor skills like drawing, threading, weaving, cutting, gluing, making, building, assembling, painting, modelling, and learning about artists and art movements, discovering concepts such as shape, colour, pattern, line, texture, symmetry - are all important in a child’s creative development.

Art is also important in adults busy lives too! We also runs an exciting ever-changing Adult program in our West End studio. We invite a range of artists with different skills to share their knowledge in a relaxed creative environment such as macrame, weaving, wood carving, working with resin. We also host regular social painting and drawing workshops, and can run creative group and team building events.
