he Rackemann fighting method known as Wing Chun Boxing is the result of over 20 years’ experience in both traditional martial arts and combative sports. The style is based on many of the principles and techniques of the Chinese martial system, Wing Chun. However the Rackemann method differs from the majority of Wing Chun schools in that it reflects the need for proper training of athletic attributes that are commonly overlooked in the more traditional approaches. Rackemann Wing Chun Boxing has its roots in traditional martial arts but takes a contemporary approach.
