QAC Underwater Club conducts a 10 week junior Pool Snorkle Award which teaches children from ages 6 and up, snorkelling and Underwater Hockey skills. The first three nights are free. We are affiliated with the Australian Underwater Federation and have qualified coaches and referees.

13 of our local club members competed in the 2017 National Competition accross several age divisions. The U15 Qld team (5 local players) earnt first place.

This is a great sport for all the family to enjoy. It can extend into snorkeling and spear fishing, even free diving with further qualifications and experience. You can trial for our Underwater Hockey Toowoomba Representative team and or the Qld team every year. You don't have to be a great swimmer to be a great UWH player.
