We understand that EVERYONE is different and should not be afraid of getting out there and having a go. Train with friends or by yourself. We will teach you techniques and work with you to improve your fitness & general health and well-being. Ultimately you will feel more confident and have more focus and control.

Our club understands the pressures that teenagers, junior children, young adults & adults in general have regarding daily pressures, working late or long hours, feeling discriminated against, being singled out, being left out, isolation, not coping with certain situations, wanting to know what to do if you need to defend yourself. You can do it! Martial arts is for any shape, size and fitness level, we will help you build your confidence and start a new exciting life chapter with you.

Our Instructors are friendly and approachable & have experience with all ages. We are passionate about providing essential support and skills to the community, whether you are young or young at heart.
