Penrith Ballroom Dance offers ballroom dancing for all - Children from the age of 4 years - boys and girls. Adults and Seniors. Singles - male and female, and couples, as well as Wedding dancing.

Group classes and private lessons are both available.

CHILDREN
Penrith Ballroom Dance offers a fantastic and enjoyable experience for children from aged 4 years, with their weekly specially designed Monday afternoon children's classes where they are taught correct technique and movement. Children who ballroom dance learn the qualities of respect, teamwork, self-confidence and a sense of joy and accomplishment.

Private lessons can be arranged for anyone interested in Medal Tests or DanceSport Australia competition dancing.

So come along and join the exciting world of Ballroom Dance!

ADULTS
We have Beginner Ballroom classes for adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the Intermediate class on Tuesdays. Our classes cover the 3 styles of ballroom dancing - Standard eg waltz; Latin American eg rumba, samba; and New Vogue Sequence.

Private lessons are also available for adults.

WEDDING / BRIDAL DANCING
Preparing for a wedding can be a very hectic and stressful time, taking dance lessons can be a wonderful way to spend time together in the lead up and allow you time to de-stress and enjoy each other's company.

Many couples come to us to learn a dance for their wedding. Previous dancing experience is not needed. We conduct bridal lessons as "private" lessons, that is, a one-on-one with the teacher, not a group class.

SENIORS
Ballroom dancing is a gentle, low-impact, social, aerobic exercise, so as well as keeping your mind and body co-ordinated, it helps to keep you fit! It is a feel-good way to improve your fitness, relieve stress, increase energy and improve strength and muscle tone.

We have teamed with U3A Nepean/Blue Mountains for these classes. All participants must be financial members of U3A Nepean/Blue Mountain
