Penrith Ballroom Dance offers ballroom dancing for all:
Children from the age of 4 years - boys and girls. Adults and Seniors. Singles - male and female and couples. Both group classes and private lessons are available.
We also cater to the bridal scene offering private lessons for the bride and groom, parents and bridal party.

CHILDREN
Penrith Ballroom Dance offers a fantastic and enjoyable experience for children from aged 4 years, with their weekly specially designed children's classes where they are taught correct technique and movement.
Children who ballroom dance learn the qualities of respect, teamwork, self-confidence and a sense of joy and accomplishment.

WEDDING / BRIDAL DANCING
Preparing for a wedding can be a very hectic and stressful time, taking dance lessons can be a wonderful way to spend time together in the lead up and allow you time to de-stress and enjoy each other's company. We work out a lesson program based upon the time you have available, the more time you give yourself for lessons, the less pressure you put on yourself and the more spectacular your dance will be.
Many couples come to us to learn a dance for their wedding. Previous dancing experience is not needed. We conduct bridal lessons as "private" lessons, that is, a one-on-one with the teacher, not a group class.

SENIORS
Ballroom dancing is a gentle, low-impact, social, aerobic exercise, so as well as keeping your mind and body co-ordinated, it helps to keep you fit!
It is a feel-good way to improve your fitness. Given the unique combination of physical exercise, social interaction and mental concentration, all set to music, it's no wonder it has been found to help relieve stress, increase energy and improve strength and muscle tone.

ADULTS
Our classes cover the 3 styles of ballroom dancing - Standard eg waltz; Latin American eg rumba, samba; and New Vogue Sequence Dancing eg La Bomba.
