    Parkes aquatic centre
    The centre caters for all age groups and has a very large exercise program for disabled and injured persons. There is also learn to swim classes held each summer. The complex provides a 7 lane heated pool and an undercover splash pool. The surrounding shady grassed area is equipped with barbeques and is a popular place for birthday parties and get-togethers during the summer months. The Aquatic Centre is home to the following: Parkes Swimming Club Aquaerobics Learn to swim and squads
