Traditional Karate for all ages and abilities with proven health benefits for body, mind and soul!
-We have seen vast improvements from students in regards to their behaviour, concentration and general respect.
-School grades have improved for most and self worth has increased.
-Being parents ourselves, we have a passion to see kids thrive and succeed in life.
-Traditional Karate can give them tools for life for many aspects of coping.

Come on down to Okami (Japanese for Wolf) Dojo on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm

All new students receive complimentary two week membership which includes sessions at both of our dojos!
