At Nithyakalashestra I teach Bharathanatyam an Indian dance form. This is conducted in a group or even individually. Classes starts from the ages of 4 and above. I also teach the theory of this particular dance form and the students are encouraged to participate in local and cultural shows and also exams are conducted for this particular dance for each grade.

I my self is a trained indian classical dancer and a teacher who has been teaching dance for last 8 years .

I believe that dance is a graceful art that one can pass it to another by teaching and learning.

It's is a great exercise to keep fit and help kids to focus .

Bharathanatyam is an ancient Indian classical dance that contains so much traditional and cultural values.
