An hour as a Ninja, Ninja-themed birthday parties or Ninja Fitness classes... we offer it all! Ninja 101 is a play-centre/gym designed for children and adults with 33+ obstacles (and still expanding) including the floating walls, silk ropes and our THREE warped walls and so much more.

Our NinjaFit classes are designed for fun and to teach core strength, stamina and techniques needed for the correct use of the obstacle course.

We want kids to be passionate about health and fitness from a young age, so we introduced our Mini Ninjas classes!

Taught by our trained instructors who have martial arts, zumba, personal and fitness qualifications they bring vibrancy fun and knowledge to each session.

These classes combine fun and fitness to ensure our participants get the most out of each session.

Ninja 101 is forging ahead with new age fitness concepts. A gym that delivers a workout like no other, Designed and created for kids and adults to build endurance, stamina, mental strength and character without you even realising it.
