Description

We are a family orientated martial arts club teaching Taekwondo (Korean unarmed martial art) and Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword martial art) and Liu He Ba Fa (Kung Fu Tai Chi) in the Nepean area covering Glenmore Park and St Clair.
We conduct evening classes in both of these areas, and also public school classes during school hours.
After 20 years teaching martial arts to children and adults we have developed a philosophy and syllabus that supports the physical, emotional and spiritual growth of our students. Our students improve their fitness, coordination, focus and self discipline as they learn valuable martial arts skills in our classes. The mixture of fun, focus and responsibility helps children to work together, to set and meet their own goals, and to develop a positive attitude to their training that helps them in their day to day lives. All our students are encouraged to be the best that they can be rather than competing with other class members which helps to build confidence and resilience.
