You will learn tradition yoga and meditation from a master teacher, Swami Mukti. She is the author of commentaries on Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Light on Yoga and available to you here in Brisbane. Practise yoga postures, breathing and meditation to gain improved health under Swami Mukti's expert guidance.

Chakra-puncture is a modern adaption of an ancient practice using very fine Japanese style acupuncture needles to move physical, mental and emotional blockages. Fine needles are applied delicately in specific configurations around your body to eliminate the energetic superimpositions preventing you from expressing your innate self.
Integrated Reflexology is a unique technique combining the concepts of reflexology and acupuncture in a specific style of massage that works on specific part of the body such as the feet, hands, back, collar bones as a way of accessing the entire body.
Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage is an experience of the flow of unconditional love through your body. It is also known as loving hands massage. Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage, which combines massage techniques using oil, breathing and dance to soothe your body. Your practitioner makes use of her palms, thumbs and fingers during the massage to make broad, flowing strokes which assists with lymphatic drainage.
