MOTION Studio Of Dance stands out by incorporating mindfulness in the dance program. This perspective allows students to strengthen their dance skills and perform in front of an audience, building resilience thus benefiting other areas of development.
MOTION offers a range of dance styles as classical ballet, modern, contemporary, Brazilian, and improvisation. The practice of breathing techniques enhance attention in the present and, body awareness activities stimulates students good posture, balance and overall coordination.
The pedagogy adopted by teacher instigates curiosity towards body functions and the role skeletal and muscular systems play in dancing. Students are encouraged to set goals and have their achievements recognized.
