Physie classes for girls from 2yrs through to Ladies of all ages. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Mortdale & Oatley- First lesson Free to new members - We are an Active Kids Provider. - our classes begin with 2-4 yr olds learning to love music & dance; our junior girls start from 5 yrs, these girls learn a set syllabus through the year, a little bit more every week until about May/June & then time is spent remembering & perfecting their set of exercises & dance. Our Senior girls work hard on perfecting their syllabus while enjoying & helping their friends. Ladies can start physie at any age & we have daytime or evening classes. Come & join in the fun & get fit.
There are competitions for all but these are optional, however it gives the members something to work towards. Individual & team comps come around from July/Aug each year with our Club Competition finishing the year off in late November.
