Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic and competitive sports. Students work in teams to perform routines choregraphed to music. Depending on the age group, students learn between 4 to 7 routines incorporating character/folkdance, modified ballet, free exercise, march, singing and apparatus (hand held clubs for older students).

    Macedon ranges calisthenics college
    My daughter is a member of the Macedon ranges Calisthenic college she loves being a part of this calisthenics club the girls at the college are very welcoming and the coaches are great it is great to be a part of the Macedon ranges calisthenics college.
