Little Ripple Yoga offers yoga for kids and teens in Newcastle, NSW. It can't be easy growing up in today's increasingly stressful world. We live in a high-tech society where kids are constantly on their screens. Anxiety is on the rise, as is bullying and depression. Yoga has the potential to support and empower our younger generation, giving them the tools to develop in this busy and demanding environment.

Join us for a special Christmas themed kids yoga class at The Station!

It's been a big and busy year, and this will be the perfect opportunity for kids to relax and unwind before the school year ends and holidays begin. Our kid's yoga class will include fun Christmas themed yoga poses to get in the holiday spirit, plus breathing and mindfulness for relaxation. Kids will learn how movement can impact their bodies in a positive way and build self-esteem through teamwork and games.​

Suitable for Primary School aged children.
